Pocheon Forest Pool Villa
Pocheon Forest Pool Villa is perfect for a more laid-back getaway from the city.
The area functions like a chalet – or pensions, as Koreans call them – with standalone villas good for families or large groups. Each villa can host between 2 to 9 people in total.
Every villa has a living room, a functioning kitchenette and an outdoor pool/jacuzzi! They even have a house specially designed for children with themed playrooms.
Prices begin at 280,000 won for the smallest room on weekdays. Check out the full list of rooms and pricing on their website.
Pocheon Forest Pool Villa is inaccessible by public transport. We recommend getting a private charter, which can also bring you to nearby attractions like Herb Island and Pocheon Art Valley.

Inhue Glamping
For something unique, try glamping in Korea! Inhue Glamping in Icheon provides the quintessential camping experience but is elevated.
Every tent has a dedicated outside patio with a picnic bench and woodfire burner.
The tent itself is fully furnished. There’s a dedicated kitchen separate from the sleeping area equipped with a fridge and water kettle.
The ‘bedroom’ had a cosy bed, a small shower with hot water and a well-lit vanity area. We visited during late autumn and they even provided a heated blanket!
We also got to wake up to a beautiful sunrise, which was one of the best parts. This would be perfect for families or those on a road trip.
Prices begin from 150,000 won for their smallest tent (2 pax), with seasonal pricing. Check out the full price list here.
Like Pocheon Forest Pool Villa, we recommend driving or hiring a driver to the Inhue Glamping site.
