Singapore Food Festival 2025: Over 30 Foodie Activities, From Food Tours To Cocktails

The Singapore Food Festival is back for its 32nd edition, happening from 4-24 September 2025 across Singapore!

This year, expect innovative dishes packed with flavour and tradition, as local and international chefs come together to celebrate Singapore’s vibrant food scene.

Mise en Place At Dempsey Hill

Mise en Place, an all-day cafe, is the heart and hub of this year’s SFF. It features headlined collaborations, exclusive menus and immersive experiences.

ZUMBO DESSERTS

Keep a lookout for ZUMBO DESSERTS, a collaboration between world-renowned Australian pâtissier and dessert icon Adriano Zumbo and Chef Goh Dah Liang, Pastry Chef at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore.

There will be exclusive pastries, cakes and confections, which will only be available at Mise en Place and Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore throughout the entire duration of SFF 2025.

Tea Treats Featuring ZUMBO DESSERTS

If you’re looking for a treat, consider indulging in a 2-hour experiential high tea featuring ZUMBO DESSERTS paired with premium teas.

Slots are limited as it only takes place on Sundays (7, 14, 21 September) at 3pm! Tickets can be purchased on Klook.

Other Activations

There’s so much more to look forward to, like a specially curated menu By Chef Ivan Yeo from Blue Smoke, featuring the top dishes from Blue Smoke and exclusive dessert creations made with Häagen-Dazs ice cream.

Apart from this collaboration, Häagen-Dazs will also be having a terrace pop-up booth where guests can snag special discounts as well as exclusive gifts-with-purchase.

Also keep a lookout for a brunch by Chef Petrina Loh, where she transforms vibrant organic ingredients into beautiful dishes that showcase how conscious dining can be both thoughtful and indulgent.

The Art Of The Mix

Held only on Fridays (5, 12, 19 September), The Art Of The Mix is creating a one-of-a-kind experience with their themed cocktails using Orientalist Spirits.

At just $38++ per person, enjoy 2 drinks and accompanying bar bites while immersing yourself in the performance and art of mixology as master mixologists shake, stir, and pour their crafts.

In line with the festival theme “Have You Eaten Yet?”, The Dempsey Palate transforms Dempsey Hill into a lively space that connects the community.

For 2 days only (12-13 September), catch a specially crafted open-air experience with live acoustics.

Its lively atmosphere makes it the perfect hang out spot so grab your friends and family and head on down!

Enjoy a meal at any of Dempsey’s restaurants, or indulge in the appetising F&B options available from participating tenants (including Blue Smoke!).

Farm To Table Reimagined

Farm To Table Reimagined is a unique experience that offers a lively, pet friendly Farmer’s Market where guests can discover sustainable food brands and organic produce.

Riverside Feast: A Spice Journey

Did you know that the Singapore River was once a bustling hub for the spice trade?

SFF 2025 pays tribute to that vibrant history and Singapore’s evolving culinary heritage by presenting a specially curated menu of dishes with bold flavours.

Over 2 exclusive weekends (5-7 and 12-14 September), choose between 2 set menus for 2 or 4 pax: Crispy Charcoal Cod Fish ($118++) or Home-Farmed Whole Seabass and Whole Squid stuffed with fish otah ($152++).

Both set menus come with the iconic Singapore Chilli Crab as well!

Chinatown Complex Food Centre

Look forward to a unique celebration of hawker culture happening every Saturday and Sunday between 4 September – 24 September 2025!

Chinatown Complex Food Centre will host a series of guided heritage food tours to experience the different flavours and rich history of Singapore’s hawker culture.

Participants will get to try 5 iconic dishes, and explore a rooftop urban farm while enjoying a drink made from freshly harvested ingredients.

The entire Hawker Centre will be turned into a vibrant celebration of Singapore’s hawker culture, with all 195 stalls displaying the SFF 2025 banner.
