The world is divided into two groups, those who love mint chocolate and those who hate mint chocolate. Some say it tastes delicious, while some say it’s like eating toothpaste.
The mint chocolate craze in Korea does not seem to end, with endless brands launching Mint Chocolate flavoured items like Mint Chocolate Chocopie, Mint Chocolate Fried Chicken, Mint Chocolate Almonds and even a Mint Chocolate Toothpaste!
The latest mint choco related product sounds rather debatable as well: Mint Chocolate Soju.
Mint Chocolate Soju
The Good Day Mint Choco Soju will have an alcohol content of 12.5%, which is lower than the usual soju.
The product is said to be aimed at the younger generation, which is why it adopts a packaging similar to the Good Day 1929 Soju, instead of the usual green-coloured bottles.
It’ll come in a transparent, light-blue bottle, with almost a mint-coloured tint to emphasize the refreshing effect.
Mint Choco Soju Taste
From what we know, the chocolate flavour will be stronger/more apparent than the mint flavour, which may cause some disputes among mint choco lovers.
Do you think this new flavoured soju will appeal to you? Or has South Korea crossed the line with its mint chocolate craze?
