TLDR: OVER is Zermatt Neo’s first restaurant, a joint venture with The Wolfpack Investment Holdings, opening 28 October 2026 at 54 Tras Street in the Tanjong Pagar/Telok Ayer dining enclave. Standouts include Wing Me Over (fried chicken, from $10/6pcs) and Curry Me Over (crispy chicken cutlet with Hainanese curry and nanban sauce, from $23), plus a limited-time Jett Barbecue collab burger.
OVER is the first restaurant venture from Zermatt Neo, one of Singapore’s best-known competitive eaters and content creators. Known for featuring local eateries and larger-than-life portions, he has started his own eatery in Telok Ayer.
The menu is built around sharing, with items coming in sharing portions designed for groups of three to four people; with a fun twist inspired by his career of competitive eating.
OVER opens its doors today, 28 October 2026.
What Is OVER?

OVER is a restaurant at 54 Tras Street built around local comfort foods and sharing portions, launched by content creator Zermatt Neo.
Expect familiar hawker-adjacent flavour – like pork belly and curry chicken cutlet – infused with modern flair. Their menu is uniquely structured with three serving sizes:
- Lesser: Smallest portion size, designed for one person
- Standard: Sharing size designed for groups of 3 to 4 people
- 8kg Challenger: Select dishes on the menu have the option of an 8 kilogram challenger for those looking to take on the challenge (and maybe become the next Zermatt Neo!)
Zermatt Neo built his following through competitive eating and food content; OVER is framed as the physical extension of that, in partnership with The Wolfpack, a lifestyle and entertainment group whose other IPs include GastroBeats, wellness brand All is Well, and the EPIC World Pickleball Championship.
Where Is OVER?

OVER is open from Monday to Saturday, 11am to 12 am. It is closed on Sundays.

What We Ate
Starters

We tried all their small plates. The standouts for us were the Wing Me Over (from $10), their house-fried chicken wings. These were served hot and crispy, with well-seasoned and juicy meat.
It includes a choice of three dipping sauces: Nam Pia, Wasabi Soy Ginger and Buffalo Dashi.
The Shoryu-Clams (from $35) were savoury and buttery, with plump and fresh clams! The gravy went well with the side of toasted sourdough bread.

The Rolling Over Wakame (from $10) felt underwhelming, as the wakame seaweed did not add much to the dish. In a similar vein, A Belly Good Time (from $15) had a bit of gaminess from the pork belly; with the gravy not adding much flavour.
Mains

The Curry Me Over (from $23) was a surprisingly good version of Hainan curry rice. Their gravy was spicy, punchy and slightly tangy, soaking up well into the rice.
It is served with a red snapper fillet, but it was not available during our visit.

Somen Like You (from $28) had conflicting flavours for us. We liked the spicy, slightly numbing sauce on the somen, but the addition of egg mayo didn’t meld well with the other elements.
The side of fried chicken was the star of the dish: expertly fried with a crisp skin and juicy meat.
The limited-time Over Jett (from $28) burger was another highlight for us. Stacked between soft buns is Jett Barbecue’s smoked beef cheeks, deep fried chicken, crispy onion rings, eggs and egg mayo.
It can get overbearing after a while but the smokey, tender beef cheek provided a good flavour. We think this item is worth the order!
Is OVER Worth A Visit?
While we did not find their food standout, OVER is designed for groups, making it suitable for gatherings and special events. The oversized drinks and well-designed menu make it a better fit for casual meals than dedicated date nights.
