Shop Over 30 Korean Brands In This Pop-Up Market, Including K-Fashion & K-Beauty: KK Market Festival

Get ready to shop from Korea’s coolest brands at the KK Market Festival! The pop-up is happening from 30 August to 3 September 2023 at Tanglin Mall, offering a variety of Korean goodies you can try. It’s hosted by Market Blue, a Korean-specialty store and eatery located at Basement 1.

Korean Brands Galore

The phrase ‘KK’ is a playful take on the Korean emote for laughter – ㅋㅋ – and aims to provide a fun and memorable experience. It’s definitely gearing up to be a good time with the selection of brands you can browse through! 

There 5 categories of brands: Fashion, Beauty, Food, Living and Kids & Pets. Here are just a few of the things you can look forward to: 

MZUU (엠주) 

MZUU (엠주) specialises in jewellery and watches in different styles. They offer dainty and statement pieces with a unique wavy, water-droplet design – perfect for styling simple outfits! Their pieces have been worn by K-Pop star Lee Hyori, including their rings and cuffs.

AVEC (아베크)

AVEC (아베크) is a Korean shoe brand with everything from sandals to waterproof boots. Grab a pair of their chunky loafers or opt for a simple strappy sandal.

Kirsh (키르시) 

Kirsh (키르시) focuses on cute and trendy apparel with Y2K-inspired prints and colours, including swimwear! LE SSERAFIM’s Eunchae was recently announced as their brand ambassador so you can snag some of her personal style.

DASHING DIVA (데싱디바)

DASHING DIVA (데싱디바) might be a familiar name – they offer a catalogue of stick-on nails in an assortment of designs for any occasion! 

GOLD KIMCHI 

GOLD KIMCHI is a homemade kimchi brand here in Singapore offering fresh-made kimchi, kimbap and other goodies. It’s helmed by veteran Mediacorp actress Jin Yinji and her daughter-in-law/partner Cloe Han. All their kimchi is made with Korean products, including Cabbage Kimchi ($15/500g) and Spring Onion Kimchi ($15/350g). 

HODUNAMU Party

A unique vendor is HODUNAMU Party. They specialise in traditional Korean 100-day birthday celebrations, which is an important milestone for Korean children. Their services cover everything from Hanbok rental to traditional props and even rice cakes! 

The Moon Jar

The Moon Jar is an online home goods store specialising in ornate ceramics and lifestyle pieces. They collaborate with Korean ceramic artists to bring their designs over! Some cute options include The Blueline by Kim Seok Binn and Ceramic Botanic Garden by Jung So Young.
