Making healthier choices doesn’t always mean a complete diet overhaul. Sometimes, it’s about small and practical changes! PARAN LABEL is a new wellness-focused bakery line by Paris Baguette, offering lower sugar, higher protein and high-fibre breads in Singapore.

The range also includes collagen-infused cakes and probiotic desserts designed for those looking to make healthier food swaps without giving up baked goods.

What Is PARAN LABEL?

PARAN LABEL is the health-forward bakery line by popular Korean bakery chain Paris Baguette.

The range of items is made with lower sugar, higher protein, higher fibre and even added probiotics and collagen.

The line first launched in Korea in 2025 and reportedly sold over 20 million units, reflecting growing demand for better-for-you bakery products.

The PARAN LABEL Singapore menu currently features three signature loaves: Multiseed Bread, Multigrain Rye Bread or Oat Softness Bread.

All three are egg-free and formulated to be higher in fibre and protein, incorporating superfood grains and seeds.

As someone who usually finds “healthy” breads dry or dense, I was sceptical at first. However, the loaves were surprisingly soft with a slight chew and natural nuttiness from the grains.

If you prefer softer textures, the Oat Softness Bread is the most approachable.

The Rustic Multiseed Bread was my personal pick, lighter than a traditional sourdough-style loaf but still hearty enough for sandwiches.

These breads are used in sandwiches with fillings like Roasted Chicken Ricotta ($11.50) and Smoked Salmon Ricotta ($12.50).

Beyond bread, PARAN LABEL also includes salads and desserts. Dishes include the Roasted Cajun Chicken Salad ($11.50) with added collagen and even special Probiotics Cakes ($8.90).

These cakes have added collagen, reduced sugar and even low-lactose. Choose from Strawberry Greek Yogurt, Mango Coco and Blueberry Dark Choco.

If you’re looking for a lighter sweet option, these offer a more balanced alternative to traditional cream-heavy cakes.

PARAN LABEL products will be used in Paris Baguette Paragon’s all-day dining menu. The selection includes the Chipotle Truffle Egg Citrus Prawn Salad ($16.50) and Creamy Avocado Egg Toast ($21). These make for simple, light and protein-rich meal options in Orchard!

The series is currently only available at Paris Baguette Paragon, but it’s set to roll out islandwide progressively.
