One of the things everyone does in Seoul is probably going shopping. The fashion front country is bursting with art, streetwear, aesthetic cafes, and pretty parks. What if we told you that there’s a place you can experience everything? Well, there is! The brand-new mall – The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido is the place to visit!
Shopping Mall in Yeouido
To simply call The Hyundai Seoul a shopping mall is simply not doing the place justice.
The mall is Korea’s first eco-friendly future-concept department store, bringing together concepts of nature and rest with shopping.
Spanning over 12 floors and nearly 600 different shops, The Hyundai Seoul has everything you need. From restaurants and clothing stores to even a museum!
Insta-Worthy Department Store in Seoul
Every corner of The Hyundai Seoul screams Korean aesthetics. The beautiful, curved lines of each floor come together with the beautiful natural sunlight seeping through the windowed roof.
The 5th Floor is also home to the Sounds Forest, a place filled with grass and trees to mimic a real garden. The idea is to provide a space where you can relax and experience healing, even in a department store.
The walkways in the shopping mall are also wider than usual, so you don’t constantly bump into people, especially during this pandemic.
