Tiong Bahru Bakery (TBB) has continued its expansion to the east, opening a new outlet in Waterway Point. On top of their usual French bakes, this TBB outlet is offering a fresh exclusive hot menu that incorporates fresh takes of their signature mother dough and croissants.
Unique Croissant Variations And New Additions

TBB has reimagined its signature croissants into croffles with unique pairings. For those unfamiliar, croffles are essentially croissant waffles, with recognizable waffle marks and a chewy center.

You can get it in their all-day breakfast meal Breakfast Croffles ($22) with fried egg, streaky bacon, and roasted portobello mushroom with a ranch herb sauce, or in the Pull My Pork Croffle ($22) sandwiching a cajun pulled pork, avocado, and pickled jalapenos. For a sweet treat, there’s the Dessert Croffle ($14) served with vanilla bean ice cream and house-made chocolate sauce.

There’s also a selection of new sandwiches and burgers for your choosing that use their bakes. Sourdough fans can try the Truffle Mushroom Grilled Cheese ($20) with toasted Sourdough Rosemary Focaccia, truffle and mushrooms, and manchego cheese. They’ve also launched their rendition of Egg Soldiers ($12), an homage to the quintessential Singaporean breakfast soft-boiled eggs. Each serving comes with two sous vide eggs and a basket of TBB’s Sourdough bread made with a 160-year-old starter.
The Crispy Chicken Burger ($22) features a fried chicken thigh patty topped with a creamy gochujang sauce and pickled cucumbers between fluffy burger buns. If you prefer something lighter, they also have a Quinoa Salad ($18) that pairs watermelon, feta cheese, and pomegranate with a coriander and mint dressing.
