It’s the first Blue Box Cafe in Southeast Asia and one of the seven worldwide, after New York, Hong Kong, Tokyo, London, Shanghai and Dubai.

The Singapore menu is a collaboration with Chef Julien Royer, the chef-owner of three-Michelin-starred Odette and neo-brasserie Claudine. Rather than copying the New York cafe, the menu leans French with local and Asian touches. Think a chicken rice-inspired confit chicken and a calamansi tartelette.

The space itself, designed by architect Peter Marino, is dressed head-to-toe in the signature Tiffany Blue (Pantone 1837, if you’re asking), with the brand’s iconic blue boxes suspended from a mirrored ceiling. With just over 20 seats, it’s an intimate space. And yes, there’s a portrait of Audrey Hepburn watching over the table by the window.

What Is Breakfast At Tiffany’s Like?

The Breakfast At Tiffany’s set ($78++ per person) is served daily from 10am to 11.30am, and it’s the most cinematic way to experience the cafe.

The set arrives on a two-tier silver stand: freshly baked baguette and pastries with butter and artisanal jams, seasonal fruits, and housemade granola with greek yoghurt. The savoury courses are where Chef Royer’s fine-dining DNA shows: a soft-boiled Japanese ‘Oita’ egg crowned with Oscietra caviar (a nod to Odette’s famed egg dishes), and cured trout with crème fraîche.

The egg-and-caviar pairing was the highlight of our visit: the yolk is just-set and custardy, and the caviar adds a briny pop that makes plain toast feel like a jewellery purchase. It’s a leisurely, composed breakfast rather than a big one. Come for the experience and the details, not to stuff yourself.

Your choice of coffee, tea or hot chocolate is included. The coffee (from $8++ à la carte) uses beans roasted by PPP Coffee, while the teas are by local brand a.muse. The Blue Box Cafe Original Blend ($12++) layers rose, lavender and vanilla over a black tea base.

What’s On The All-Day Dining And Afternoon Tea Menus?

We visited during breakfast, but the All Day Dining menu (11.30am to 9pm) is where the Odette references get more obvious. Standouts include:

• Confit Yellow Chicken ($48++) – Chef Royer’s elevated tribute to Hainanese chicken rice: confit chicken breast with Albufera sauce, crispy chicken skin, and Japanese Niigata rice with a lightly crisped ‘socarrat’ bottom. It began life as an off-menu dish at Odette.
• Heirloom Beetroots ($28++) – a lighter cafe take on Odette’s signature Beetroot Variation, with salt-roasted beetroots, fresh goat cheese and acacia honey.
• Tiffany Burger ($34++) – Black Angus beef and cheddar on a butter-fried brioche potato bun, with housemade agria potato fries (add grilled Gascon bacon for $6++).
• Patagonian Toothfish ($58++) – with a sake-seaweed beurre blanc, pomelo and ikura.
• ‘SNIX’ ($22++) – Chef Royer’s playful mash-up of Snickers and Twix, moulded with the Tiffany ‘T’ motif and served with salted caramel ice cream.

The Tea At Tiffany’s set ($98++ per person, 2.30pm to 5.30pm) is a three-tier affair with free-flow coffee, tea and juices. Expect savouries like an aged Comté gougère and a potato mille-feuille topped with Oscietra caviar, plus a lavender madeleine, a calamansi tartelette and a lemon sorbet palate cleanser served in a halved lemon.
