If you’ve been around the Tik Tok space long enough, you’ll definitely have seen Lennard Yeong (@lennardy) chef-ing it up online. The Singaporean chef and online sensation has collaborated with Yakiniku-GO for an exclusive, limited-time menu!
Yakiniku-GO x Lennard Yeong Menu
The menu will be available from 13 April to 31 July 2023 at all Yakiniku-GO outlets islandwide.
Each menu features unique additions from Lennard and head chef Tetsuya Yoshida to elevate the flavours, with four items to try.
The Beef Bomb Set 150g ($22.80) features a mound of fatty beef slices wrapped around marinated garlic that you can char on the grill.
A unique part of this set is the rice flavoured with Wagyu tallow and kombu, an idea from Lennard.
The charred fatty beef paired with the savoury rice made for a satisfying bite, paired with the creamy goma tare (sesame) dipping sauce.
This is also available in pork in the Pork Bomb Set 150g ($21.80), with slices of Duroc pork belly and white rice with shio kombu. The additions to the white rice were a great decision!
Those who enjoy a thicker, meatier meal can opt for the Double Dragon Sets.
The Double Dragon Beef Set 120g ($20.80) includes two thick-cut beef short plate slices wrapped around zucchini.
The meat is scored in a diamond pattern to help with even cooking and a better crust when grilling!
It’s also available in the Double Dragon Pork Set 120g ($19.80), with thick cut pork belly.
When grilled, the meat was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. It tasted even better with the ponzu oroshi dipping sauce!
Yakiniku-GO New Menu
All the menu items combine Lennard Yeong’s expertise and the comfortable Yakiniku-GO environment for a noteworthy meal. The collaboration exceeded our expectations and is worth a try!
You can enjoy the collaboration menu from 13 April 2023, at their outlets in Suntec City, NEX, JEM, Seletar Mall, Parkway Parade and Jurong Point.
