Joining the exciting lineup of foodie collaborations is Shake Shack! The American burger chain is partnering with Michelin-starred modern Korean restaurant NAE:UM for a limited-time menu.
It will be available from 5 November 2025 onwards at all Shake Shack outlets islandwide.
Shake Shack x NAE:UM Menu
There are four items on the collab menu, starting with two burgers.

The Pyo:go Galbi Shack (Single $14.20, Double $18.10) features a beef patty with smoky-sweet sauce, kale salad and pyogo mushrooms; known for their meaty texture!
This was hearty, with the juicy mushrooms and spicy, crunchy kale balancing out the beefiness.
There’s also a Saeng:Chae Gochujang Chicken ($12.40). This burger has a fried gochujang garlic chicken patty (choice of breast or thigh) topped with lightly dressed Korean salad.
The Salsa Jang:ajji Fries ($9.80) uses Korean pickled vegetables for umami and tang, a pleasant twist on the usual salsa atop crispy fries.
For sweets, try the Tropical Makgeolli Shake ($10.20)! It blends vanilla frozen custard, pineapple, lime and the beloved Korean rice wine for a sweet and citrusy finish.
New Shake Shack Menu
The offerings bring a uniquely Korean twist on the usual Shake Shack menu, thanks to Chef Louis Han’s culinary expertise! Come by and check out the menu when it drops on 5 November 2025.
