Well-loved sandwich chain Eggslut is releasing a new limited-time menu starting from 9 February! Named The Butcher’s Build, the menu features chorizo, a smoked Italian pork sausage with a signature spicy flavour.
Eggslut New Chorizo Menu
The Butcher’s Build menu has five items, a few of which are iterations of popular items. The Butcher’s Sandwich introduces a chorizo stew with scrambled eggs sandwiched between brioche buns, and you can get it as a Butcher’s Sandwich with Beef Patty for an extra meaty bite.
There’s also the Chorizo Slut, with a layer of chorizo mixed with their signature homemade potato puree and a coddled egg. The Butcher’s Salad is a lighter, carb-less version with chorizo stew, greens and eggs and is easily customizable.
There’s even a dessert in the form of the Berries Cheesecake Slut served like a classic Eggslut in a jar! The layers include a crunchy cookie base, vanilla cream cheese and a mixed-berry cream cheese.
These new items will be available at both Eggslut outlets in Scotts Square and Suntec City from 9 February onwards.
