If you’ve ever queued at Maxwell Food Centre for Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice, you’ll know the drill: long line and a plate of chicken rice that makes the wait feel worth it. Tian Tian, arguably Singapore’s most famous chicken rice stall, has opened its first-ever flagship at Jewel Changi Airport, serving its Michelin Bib Gourmand chicken rice in an elevated ambience.
Where Is Tian Tian’s Flagship At Jewel Changi Airport?

The outlet sits at #B2-243 & 244, Jewel Changi Airport, open daily from 10am to 10pm.
It’s Tian Tian’s sixth outlet in Singapore, and its most ambitious by far. This full flagship restaurant is spacious and built for the crowds, while retaining its hawker character with a drool-worthy display of roast and steamed chickens.
With over 40 years of heritage, the family-run brand has used the same special recipes while expanding to outlets from Maxwell (the OG) to Bedok.
Tian Tian Chicken Rice is currently helmed by second-generation Loi Mui Yin, daughter of founder Mdm Foo Kui Lian.
Jewel Signature Exclusive Menu

The Jewel Signature Exclusive menu has a permanent set of dishes you won’t find at any other Tian Tian location.

One item is the Tian Tian Heritage Platter ($25.80, serves 2–3), a sharing plate of ngoh hiang, Hainanese pork chop, Thai-style fried tofu, tiger-prawn beancurd rolls, and fried salad prawns.
This is an accumulation of popular dishes from their other outlets. Our favourite was the tiger-prawn beancurd rolls, with the generous chunks of prawn!

A must-order is Madam Foo’s Steamed Chicken Curry ($13.80). The recipe is by founder Madam Foo herself, ladled over the signature steamed chicken, served with a choice of rice, noodles, or baguette.

The gravy was perfectly balanced – thick, spicy, creamy and fragrant – without being cloying or oily. It was especially delicious with the bread.

You can also look forward to nostalgic dishes like Nanyang Golden Chicken ($12.80) and the Crystal Chicken Feet ($9.80), a dish once available at the original Maxwell stall in 1986.
The chicken feet were boneless and translucent with a crunchy texture. It was dressed in a soy sauce and sesame oil, tasting somewhat similar to their chicken rice!

Naturally, the classic Hainanese Chicken Rice Set ($11) is a must-order. With juicy, tender chicken and flavourful rice, it’s easy to see why they earned their fame and continue to maintain the quality.
