Helmed by famed chef and MasterChef Singapore judge Damian D’Silva, Rempapa in National Gallery Singapore has expanded its Brunch and Tea Time menu to showcase more of Singapore’s heritage cuisine.

The mainstay brunch items include the Nask Lemak Ayam Berempah ($9.90), Deep Fried Hakka Pork ($15.90) and Kaya Toast ($3.90). The entire menu is under $20, making it a value-for-money meal in City Hall!

These sets are served with either nasi lemak or jasmine rice, house-made achar and steamed egg (select items).
There are five new dishes in the Heritage Classics section at Brunch menu, which is available 10.30am to 4.30pm.

The selection starts with Damian’s Chicken Curry ($18.90), featuring Chef Damian’s signature 11-spice curry powder with Indian and Eurasian culinary traditions.


There’s also Peranakan Laksa ($16.90) with prawns, fish cake and beansprouts; alongside the Heritage Bak Kuh Teh ($16.90) in a spiced white pepper broth.

The Shredded Chicken Noodles ($15.90) is a lighter option with mushrooms and a house-made braising sauce; while you can savour the Grilled Chicken Satay ($12/6 pcs) that’s grilled to order.


For a sweet treat, pick between the two new toast flavours: Butter-Sugar ($2.90) with whipped French butter and Nutella Flakes ($4.90) that’s topped with cornflakes.
