Known in South Korea for its burgers and fried chicken, Lotteria is a familiar name to anyone who has spent time eating their way through Korea.
The number 1 burger chain in Korea is now open in Singapore at Jewel Changi Airport and we tried some of their most popular menu items!
Lotteria Singapore Menu

Lotteria Singapore brings many of their signatures from Korea, including the crowd favourite Hot Crispy Chicken Burger ($7.20) and Mozzarella Burger Tomato Basil ($12.50).

We got to try the iconic Ria’s Bulgogi Burger ($7.20)!
The first impression was a tad underwhelming, with a thin beef patty and lettuce.
It’s not a saucy burger either, just enough to coat the patty.
However, the taste exceeded our expectations! The bulgogi sauce was sweet and a little smoky, a nice compliment to the beef.
The Ria’s Shrimp Burger ($7.20) is another popular item.
This had a punchier creamy sauce and a bouncy patty with nice shrimp chunks.

A fan favourite is the Mozzarella Burger Tomato Basil ($12.50). It apparently sold so well it became a permanent item!
This was hefty, stacked with a fried cheese patty and tomato-basil sauce. Even the buns are different, looking almost like cheese bread.
It felt like a pizza burger. This is best enjoyed warm for that cheese pull, though it might get overbearing after a while from the strong flavours.

The Singapore-exclusive is the Kimchi Bulgogi Burger ($7.80).
This ended up being our favourite! The kimchi was a simple addition but it added a good kick and umami to cut through the beef patty.
Their kimchi was pretty solid too – salty, spicy and well seasoned.

Sides include the Long Cheese Stick ($2.80) and Shake Shake Fries ($5.20).
Aside from burgers, Lotteria is famous for their fried Chicken (from $4.50/pc).
We had the Ganjang Chicken (from $9/pc) and were pleasantly surprised by the flavour!
Crunchy batter, juicy chicken and a balanced sauce with a hint of spice.

Their Cup Bingsu ($5.90) was a nice end to the meal, topped with red bean and soft serve.
