Fans of the popular Kamome Bakery will be happy to know they have a new outlet in Bukit Timah! Alongside the second home, the bakery has also introduced a limited-time Spring Series menu. The menu highlights flavours that capture the essence of Japan, including sakura and matcha.

Their latest outlet in Bukit Timah boasts a dine-in concept ideal for solo dates and gatherings.
You can enjoy their classic bread options in-store, such as their Milk Cream Bun ($3.40), which features a soft and milky filling. For those craving nostalgic snacks, the Hot Dog Bun ($5.50) is the go-to choice.
If you prefer sweet options, they also offer Fruit Sandwiches ($5.40) filled with a juicy portion of fruits! New Yuzu beverages are also available, like Yuzu Americano ($5 for hot) and Yuzu Fizzy ($5.90 for iced).
Sakura Mochi Croissant
The Sakura Mochi Croissant ($7) had a crispy and flaky crust, filled with sweet Sakura bean paste that pairs perfectly with the green matcha cream. Additionally, there was also mochi coated in roasted soybean powder, which added a pleasing nuttiness and nice l chew that enhanced the overall texture.
Sakura Red Bean Butter
For fans of Red Bean & Butter toast, the Sakura Red Bean Butter ($4) will definitely hit the spot! This blended Japanese red bean paste and seasonal Sakura bean paste, offering a taste of spring. The slice of butter perfectly balanced the sweetness of the paste.
Matcha Ganache
Matcha lovers, be sure to grab their Matcha Ganache ($4.50), loaded with matcha in all its forms – matcha crumble, matcha ganache, and matcha powder! The matcha flavour is robust and pairs perfectly with yuzu peel on top, providing a citrusy fragrance. This combination created a balance between the boldness of matcha and the subtle tanginess of yuzu.
Yomogi Mochi Bun
The Yomogi Mochi Bun ($4.20) features Japanese Mugwort mixed into Kamome’s signature fluffy dough, which added an enticing fragrance. Inside, there was a generous filling of red bean paste and chewy QQ mochi in every bite! This was a winner for us!
