It’s official – you no longer need to take a flight to Korea to have a taste of Jeju black pork! Korea and Singapore now have a trading partnership that allows the import of prized Korean meat cuts, including Hanwoo and Jeju pork.
If you’re looking to try them at home, Culina at COMO Dempsey is an official distributor of these sought-after meats!
Premium Culinary Grocer

Culina is now the exclusive retailer for HANDON Jeju Pork, a premium Jeju pork brand.
Black Pork makes up only 0.01% of Korea’s total pork production, making this export a pretty big deal!

Their butchery now carries a selection of Black pork and White pork cuts, ranging from Jeju Black Pork Back Ribs ($100/kg) and Jeju Black Pork Shoulder Rib (Woogalbi) ($48.50/kg).

While black pork is well-known, white pork deserves more spotlight. These pigs are raised along the coastline with volcanic spring water, creating meat with a clean, pure flavour.
They even offer Brown Hanwoo from Jeju, with cuts like Tenderloin 1++ and Striploin 1++.
All selections are available for purchase and you can even request these cuts grilled a la minute!
