Gyu San Wagyu Sukiyaki Take-Home Set
The Kamichiku 4% Miracle Gyu Sukiyaki Set ($88+ for self-collection, $98+ for delivery) can comfortably feed 2 to 4 people. It comes with a bundle of classic Sukiayki ingredients like tofu, Naba cabbage, and a provided sukiyaki broth. The set even provides 4 fresh Japanese eggs you can dip your meat into!
The star of the show is the slices of Kamichiku 4% Miracle Gyu (350g) showcasing a great fat marbling. It’s named this way because only the top 4% of esteemed Satsuma Gyu cows from Kamichiku farm are graded as A5 Wagyu quality, meaning you get to enjoy some of the best meat right from home! Everything comes nicely packaged in an aluminium container you can heat directly on the stove.
It also comes with a set of easy-to-follow instructions – just bring everything up to a high boil, then bring it down to low and let cook for 5 to 15 minutes till your desired doneness.
The Wagyu was fatty and tender without being too cloying, pairing perfectly with the silkiness of the Japanese eggs. The meat is cut slightly thicker than the usual Sukiyaki cut, so those who prefer a meatier bite will enjoy this!
The set was ready to eat within 30 minutes of its delivery, making it convenient for a simple but indulgent meal anytime. If you want to try something even more luxurious, Gyu San also offers the Premium Kamichiku 4% Miracle Gyu (Ribeye) Sukiyaki Set ($125+ for self-collection, $168+ for delivery).
Take-Home Wagyu Yakiniku Set
Those who prefer hosting a barbeque can try the Gyu San Yakiniku Set ($85+ for self-pickup, $95+ for delivery) that comes with a selection of different wagyu cuts – Short Rib (Jo Karubi), Top Blade (Misuji), Rib Finger (Saikoro) and Striploin.
They even provide a dipping sauce and pickles for you to replicate a premium Yakiniku experience at home!
