Contemporary Korean restaurant GU:UM is celebrating their first birthday with a one-night-only collaboration menu with Chef Heewon Lim of Culinary Class Wars!
GU:UM is a casual dining concept of Michelin-starred NAE:UM, specialising in premium Korean meat cuts. The partnership also marks a long-standing friendship between Chef Louis Han and Chef Heewon.
One Day Only Menu

The 8-course menu will be available for lunch and dinner on 12 April 2025. It features elements of traditional hansik, blending both GU:UM signatures and collaboration dishes.

Patrons can try the famous Vegetarian Sashimi from Culinary Class Wars. It earned praise from Ahn Sungjae; featuring expertly prepared fruit and vegetables to replicate the seafood flavours.

Special dishes include Hwangtae Miyeokguk, a seaweed soup with dried pollack that’s usually eaten on birthdays. There’s also a Kim & Al Bibimbap, upgraded with Avruga Caviar and perillia leaf.
The two chefs have also collaborated for a dessert of Mille-Feuille featuring a Korean sweet potato cream and charcoal-smoked vanilla ice cream.
