There’s a new pet-friendly cafe to support in Redhill! Bailey & Patch is a pet groomer-cum-pet cafe that provides training for individuals with special needs for the workplace.
Spacious & Comfortable

The cafe is tucked away in a corner of the Enabling Village in Lengkok Bahru, boasting a cheery orange colour.

The front seating section is spacious with a private area in the corner. There’s also a cute photospot perfect for (human and pet) celebrations.
The pet grooming section is at the back with a separate entrance outside. They offer pet grooming services, from cats to guinea pigs and even birds!

Bailey & Patch provides a safe space for individuals with special needs to develop important skills. These positions include the pet grooming staff and service crew for the cafe.
The goal is to enable them to seek placements in wider industries, which makes what they do so important! Check out their website for more information about the meaningful work they do.
Bailey & Patch Menu
The menu focuses on simple and comforting Asian fare from only $7.80! The options include their Signature Tornado Chicken Curry with Rice ($9.80) and Ayam Berempah Nasi Lemak ($10.80).
Their selection of claypot dishes is also good for sharing. Choose from Assam Fish ($13.80), Braised Pork Knuckle ($15.80) and Bak Kuh Teh ($10.80), paired with white rice.

A special mention to the cakes and pastries by Baker Ben, a talented chef/baker with Autism. He bakes the Brownies and Tarts freshly every day! They are available for purchase within the cafe or at the separate takeaway kiosk.
Nutritious pet meals are also on the menu in the form of pet-friendly ‘cai fan’. These are made with fresh ingredients and feature proteins like chicken and kangaroo.
Mains
The Fried Rice with Crispy Pork Chop ($11.80) featured a crispy and tender pork chop that wasn’t too greasy! We liked the runny yolk that gave an added creaminess, though some spice would elevate the dish.
The Braised Pork Rib Noodles ($9.80) and Golden Seafood Soup ($10.80) were simple dishes but we felt both could do with more seasoning for a stronger flavour. However, they had a generous amount of toppings!
Our two favourites and must-orders are the Fried Prawn Paste Chicken Wings ($6.80/5 pcs) and Claypot Sesame Oil Chicken ($12.80). The chicken wings were crunchy, juicy and well-marinated with a strong, punchy prawn flavour! We were impressed at how good it was – tasty enough to rival restaurants outside.
The Sesame Oil Chicken was tender and flavourful with a rich gravy that would go perfectly with rice. It reached the table smoking hot, which was a nice touch!
Desserts
Baker Ben’s Brownies ($3/pc) were also memorable! They had a fudgy and chocolatey centre but a slight crust outside. The best part? Not too sweet!
We also tried the Matcha and Yam mini tartlets, which had a good amount of filling. Between the tarts and brownies, we’d recommend the latter.
Pet Cafe In Singapore
Aside from being a haven for furry friends, Bailey & Patch is doing important work to empower differently-abled individuals with useful skills! We think it’s 100% worth the visit.
