The offerings include the flavourful Anchovy & Tarragon Roasted Half Chicken (S$58++), Moroccan Spice Roasted Lamb Rump (S$58++) that are marinated for at least 48 hours in a harmonious blend of ras-el-hanout spices before roasting and the Salt-crusted Roasted Sanchoku Wagyu (S$58++), where coarse salt is combined with meringue, juniper berries, and aromatic herbs to create a flavorful crust that delicately seasons the prized Wagyu.
