Tablescape Restaurant & Bar’s Menu
Tablescape Restaurant & Bar offers festive set menus for both lunch ($48++) and dinner ($88++) until 1st January 2024.
You can enjoy their afternoon tea set with delightful sweet and savoury options such as Apple Rosemary Tart and Foie Gras Kaya Brioche Sourdough, available for takeaway and delivery!
Below are highlights of the festive menus that we tried.
Lobster Tail
Featuring a thick and juicy texture, the Lobster Tail was tender to the bite. Accompanying it are avruga caviar and a refreshing house-made dill-infused lime sauce, tantalizing the taste buds.
Eel
Eel is a symbol of prosperity and a traditional must-have for Italian Christmas celebrations! It had a delicate smoky flavour and texture that was both soft and firm.
The white bean ragout was creamy and paired well with the Eel. The crispy chorizo enhances the dish, adding a slightly spicy note that was a delightful addition.
Holiday Gammon Ham
The Holiday Gammon Ham features a thick slice and a delightful mix of sweet and savoury flavours coming from the maple syrup glazed.
Complementing it is grilled pineapple, which brings an enhanced sweetness. We recommend enjoying the ham and pineapple together in one single bite!
Celebration Roasted Whole Chicken
The Roasted Chicken was notable for its tender meat and perfect golden-brown skin. A rich giblet sauce made from chicken stock and duck fat elevates its flavour.
Sides like Brussels Sprouts and Baked Baby Potatoes helped to balance the richness of the roasted chicken.
Atlantic Cod
As a lighter option, the Atlantic Cod was both flaky and moist. It comes topped with a zesty tomato salsa verde, adding just the right amount of tanginess to the fish!
Noel Bauble
The Noel Bauble dessert was centred around strawberry flavours like the strawberry-infused Valrhona chocolate. There was also a distinct boozy character like the liquor-infused cherry encased within the gel sphere!
Peach sorbet adds a sweet yet refreshing touch, providing a delightful contrast in taste and texture that we enjoyed.
