Exciting news – Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium has partnered with voco Seoul Myeongdong to introduce a halal-certified Korean buffet to the city!
The Seoul-Licious Buffet brings authentic Korean flavours to Singapore from 17 October to 16 November 2025.
Seoul-Licious Buffet Offerings

The Seoul-Licious Buffet (from $47++/adult and $25++/child, after discount) presents over 20 Korean dishes across appetizers, hot mains and more.
The menu was curated by voco Seoul Myeongdong’s Executive Sous Chef Alain Beom Jin Hyun, meaning you can look forward to proper, authentic flavours!
Check out the full selection here.
Chilled Korean Appetisers

The curation begins with a selection of chilled banchan, some of which we’ve not seen in Singapore.

Sample the Jeonbok Haecho Naengchae (chilled abalone with seaweed salad), Ojingeo Minari Muchim (seasoned squid with water parsley), and Gaji Naengchae (chilled eggplant salad).
These were savoury and umami-forward, preparing our appetites for the rest of the meal!
Hot Mains

The hot main selection ranges from familiar favourites like Samgyetang and Kimchi Jjigae, served warm for the best experience.

There’s also Dakbokkeumtang (spicy chicken stew) to Tteokgalbi (grilled beef patties), which were really well done!
Another special item we didn’t get to try was the Minari Deulkkae Oritang (spicy duck stew).

Check out the live Bibimbap Station, complete with assorted vegetables and a moreish yangnyeom sauce.

Despite its simple looks, the bibimbap turned out to be the highlight for us!
Every topping was well-seasoned and was reminiscent of what we’ve actually tasted in Korea. These are healthy, hearty and satisfying.

The Chef’s Live Station presents an attractive selection of meats, ranging from Korean-style shawarma to dinner-special Slow Roast Korean-style Marinated Beef Ribeye.
It was served with a punchy, rich gochujang sauce that cut through the beefiness.
They also offer vegetarian options like Dubuseon and Gajiseon, featuring tofu and eggplant, respectively.

We recommend trying the Yukjeon (Meat pancake) and Dongtaejeon (Pollock fish pancake) too. These are not commonly found in Singapore restaurants but make for tasty mouthfuls!

End the meal with Hwajeon (sweet flower rice cake) and Hotteok (Korean sweet pancakes), both quintessential Korean desserts!
The Hwajeon feature colourful flowers which left a pleasant floral fragrance.
