Seafood lovers, this is for you! LUCE at InterContinental Singapore is presenting Hooked at LUCE, a special weekday seafood buffet to indulge in your favourite items!
This buffet is only available on Wednesdays and Thursdays dinner (6pm to 10pm) until 12 November 2025.
Seafood Buffet by LUCE
The buffet is priced at $108++ for adults and $54++ for children.
Look forward to over 20 seafood-forward dishes, starting with everyone’s favourite seafood on ice.
Indulge in crustaceans and shellfish, including lobster, fresh shucked oysters, prawns and more. The quality of the seafood is high, with a good sweetness and variety.
The hot food selection spans Western and Eastern preparations!
Check out dishes like risotto and pasta finished in a cheese wheel, Halibut alla Livornese, stewed in a rich tomato sauce or the Tagliata di Tonno al Sesamo (sesame-crusted tuna) that’s carved in front of you.
Something unique is the Pesce al Cartoccio e Calamarata, which features whole roasted fish!
When we visited, the featured fish was a huge snapper served with a lemony sauce and pasta.
There’s even more to savour that spans the extensive range of seafood pastas, pizzas and baked oysters.
The Asian dishes were just as generous, with familiar flavours like Asam Pedas and Seafood Mee Goreng.
Stand-outs for us were the Chilli Flower Crab with Mantou and Steamed Seabass with Golden Pepper sauce.
Other exciting items on rotation include Tubettini ai Frutti di Mare with pasta in seafood sauce and Fregola Sarda Vongole e Ceci (a Sardinian pearl pasta with clams and chickpeas).
