Ginger at PARKROYAL on Beach Road
Ginger is collaborating with famed eatery Nasi Kandar Jamal Mohamed from Penang for a dinner buffet! Enjoy servings of Nasi Minyak (steamed ghee rice) with a selection of curries and stewed meats like Daging Masak Kicap and Sambal Udang. If that’s not enough, you can also enjoy Ginger’s regular buffet selection!
This will be available exclusively during dinner from March 11 to April 9. Adults dine at $75++ for weekdays and $85++ on weekends; and children dine at $37.50++ on weekdays and $42.50++ on weekends.

Cafe’O
For something comforting and familiar, Café’O has a menu full of Singapore’s beloved comfort dishes, featuring Roti Prata and Nasi Lemak.
There are other dishes such as the Nian Gao Prata ($6.80) or the Malay Ginger Chicken Rice ($9.80), featuring a fresh spring chicken marinated in a rich spice blend for 24 hours.

The Buffet Restaurant
The M Hotel Singapore’s Buffet Restaurant celebrates Ramadan with a special menu until 9 April. Enjoy a selection of housemade dishes like Ayam Kari Kelapa Goreng, Mutton Ribs Gule, and more.
Their halal hotpot buffet is also great for gatherings with broth options like the creamy Signature Chicken Collagen Broth and Turmeric Kampung Chicken Broth! Choose from the selection of hotpot meats, vegetables and even desserts.
