Fans of KORIO rejoice! The widely loved sandwich shop that broke many hearts when it closed back in Dec 2023 is making a surprise return! While it’s not a physical store, KORIO is doing a pop-up with Zouk Group from 16 May to 8 June 2024.
For this collaboration, KORIO worked with Zouk Group’s Chief Culinary Officer, Chef Lorenz Hoja, who is Michelin-trained. There will be a specially curated menu that blends KORIO’s beloved concepts with a twist of European finesse.

KORIO x Zouk Group Pop-Up Menu
Since KORIO is known for its sandwiches, you’ll find a range of sandwiches, from starters to fillers that are perfect as mains.
Start off the meal with sandwiches such as the Nordic Craze ($17), which features salmon confit on a crispy baguette, paired with items like quail egg, crème cheese, ikura, and marinated onions. If you want something crisp and brighter, the Italian Job ($17) features ingredients like zucchini, tomato confit, parmesan, and burrata stuffed into a focaccia.
One of our favourite items from the pop-up menu was Get Shorty ($25), a braised beef short rib bagel served with horseradish cream to cut through the greasiness, alongside pickled cucumbers and roasted onions.
There’s also a Banh Mi with a twist here, with the Jon Banh Jo Mi ($25) that comes with thick barramundi nuggets, pickled veggies, XO mayo, and house sriracha.
Make sure to end off the pop-up experience with their sweeter items! The Chocolate OD ($8.50) is perfect for chocolate lovers, which has a generous chocolate glaze and kumquat notes.
Our pick was the Green Magic ($8.50) which is made with pandan Chantilly, a coconut glaze, and roasted coconut flakes. The fragrance of the Pandan really comes through with this one!
You can enjoy the food either a la carte or as a set. A starter, filler, and happy ending is priced at $45, while a filler and happy ending set is priced at $31.
This sandwich pop-up will only happen from 16 May 2024 to 8 June 2024, Thurs to Saturdays from 6pm-10pm (or till sold out).
