The star dish is the Hunan Stir-Fried Pork ($22.90) with Yunnan wood ear mushrooms and screw peppers from Shandong.
Everything is freshly-fried so you get that heat and smokiness from the wok!
The fatty pork and strong seasoning make this extra addictive with their specialty Wuchang Rice ($1.60/bowl).
Two other signature dishes are the Golden Broth Sour and Spicy Fish ($32) and 18 Second Angus Beef Stir Fry ($22.90), flash-fried for that exact duration!
We liked the richness of the sour and spicy fish which wasn’t too pungent, complementing the bouncy fish slices.
Other dishes include the Bamboo Shoot Stir-fry with Bacon Pork ($24.90), Claypot Tofu Stew ($15.90) and Taro Steamed Spare Ribs ($18.90).
A good money saving hack is to join as a member. You get member exclusive prices across their dishes, with the difference up to 30%!

They have added 3 new dishes, starting with the Original Taste Bamboo ($14.90).
The thinly sliced bamboo shoots take lots of prep time – including soaking, triple washing and five-time cleaning process.
It had a unique crunchy but chewy texture, which soaked up the peppery sauce well!

There’s also the Braised Luffa ($15.90) that had youtiao to soak up the gravy and the flavourful Claypot Sweet and Spicy Prawns ($22.90), with fresh, bouncy prawns.
We liked how they also had potatoes that went great with the saucy gravy!
