WILD/FIRE has officially reopened at Mohamed Sultan Road bringing back their flame-grilled burgers!
Now led by founder Michel Lu, the relaunch focuses on quality and consistency under one roof.
WILD/FIRE New Menu
The new menu highlights include wood-fire grills, small plates, and burgers served with soft brioche buns baked exclusively by local bakery Bakery Brer.
The burger offerings are made with Stone Axe full-blood Wagyu and premium beef from Butcher Box that’s flame-grilled.
Toppings include the Triple Bacon ($19), Truffled Mushroom ($18), and French Onion ($19).
There are also non-beef choices include the Hot Honey Butter Chicken ($18), Smokestack Sandwich ($18), and Ham & Cheese Sandwich ($23).
Beyond burgers, the menu offers wood-fire grilled meats like the Hanger Steak ($38) and Picanha ($33).
There are also appetiser small plates available like Heirloom Tomatoes ($18), Mushroom Parfait ($19) and Steak Tartare ($28).
They have a wide range of drinks available, ranging from specialty coffee, signature cocktails like Gin Fizz ($19) and Lychee Martini ($22), draught beers ($15-$17), and non-alcoholic drinks like Wildfire Lemonade ($8), and Fizzicle Strawberry Lemonade Kombucha ($12).
Signature Burgers
Must-tries include the Classic 101 Cheeseburger ($17), which consists of stone axe wagyu, double slice american cheese, beer-pickled onions, gherkins, chipotle mayo, and toasted brioche.
The beer-pickled onions and gherkins added a tangy crunch, cutting through the richness of the wagyu. We also really enjoyed the spicy chipotle mayo sauce!
We also tried The Bear ($20), which was our favourite of the bunch! It was loaded with stone axe wagyu, housemade chili con carne, truffled mayo, sautéed mushrooms, four-cheese medley, crunchy Spanish onions, and cornichons.
The sautéed mushrooms and four-cheeses created a rich, creamy layer and was very flavourful.
Black Halibut Burger
Seafood lovers can enjoy the Black Halibut ($18), featuring crispy beer-battered Norwegian halibut layered with melted cheddar.
For something more indulgent, there’s the option to add Oscietra caviar ($55 for 30g) to elevate your meal.
Wood-Fire Grills and Small Plates
We opted for the Bone In Short Ribs ($33), a generous 220g serving of grain-fed Black Angus beef, perfectly charred and packed with rich meat that melted effortlessly in our mouths.
We opted for the Nam Prik Gambas ($18), which was so delicious! The shrimp was coated in Thai chilli paste, garlic oil, and bird’s eye chilli.
It was super addictive and a great choice for spice lovers!
Dessert
The dessert menu features the Fior Di Panna Soft Serve ($12), available in unique flavors like Pistachio, Chilli Crunch, Browned Butter Croissant Sauce, and Arbequina Evoo.
We went for the Fior Di Panna topped with Oscietra caviar ($25), combining creamy, rich soft serve with a burst of salty, briny caviar, making it a sweet and savory treat.
Other desserts include Burnt Cheesecake ($9.5) and Brownie with Soft Serve ($16).
