Twist & Buckle is a churro speciality brand from Hong Kong that’s earned itself a spot on the Michelin Guide! It has opened its first Singapore outlet in Novena, bringing its signature churros in various flavours.

Twist & Buckle offers three variations of their churros: Original Churros, Glazed Churros (with toppings), and Sundaes.
Their Glazed Churros come in over 10 flavours and are available in two sizes—mini and regular. Some flavours include Strawberry Stracciatella, Marshmallow, Pistachio Crunch, and Crunchy Matcha.
They also offer Party Boxes, with Mini Churros priced at $17.90 for 7 Original or $25.90 for 7 Glazed. For Regular Churros, the box includes 5 Original for $19.90 or 5 Glazed for $27.90.
Their Sundaes also feature unique flavours like Birthday Cake, Movie Night, Matcha Twirl, and Cookie Monster, priced at $7.90 each.
Churros
The churros surprised us with how crispy they were! They remained soft on the inside, coated with a fragrant layer of cinnamon that wasn’t overpowering or too sweet.
We tried some of their Glaze flavours: Crunchy Matcha, Pistachio Crunch, Marshmallow and Hazel Lah.
Our favourites were the Crunchy Matcha, with its sweet and crunchy Fruity Pebbles cereal and a hint of matcha aftertaste, and the S’mores, with a nicely toasted marshmallow coating that was soft and melty.
Churros Sundae
If you like the combination of hot and cold, the churros sundae is right up your alley!
We enjoyed how the churros soaked up the ice cream while still staying crispy. However, we felt that a milkier and creamier soft serve would have made it even better.

If you’re looking for a quick dessert fix, Twist & Buckle in Novena is one we’d recommend. With its crispy yet soft churros, it’s a great pick-me-up!
