Located within voco Orchard is Opus Bar and Grill, a go-to venue for many for casual dining and special occasions. The steakhouse has introduced Grilled Out Sundays, an a la carte buffet priced at $88++ per adult.
As the name suggests, the buffet is available on Sundays, from 12pm to 3pm, perfect for family gatherings or catch-ups with friends.
Free Flow Meats at Opus Bar and Grill

For $88++, you can indulge in items from their menu, which is divided into three sections: appetisers, mains, and desserts.
For appetisers, there is a classic Shrimp Cocktail, Beetroot and Feta Salad, Pumpkin Soup, and Duck Rillette served with sourdough and housemade pickles.
We recommended trying the pumpkin soup with herb oil, as it was really hearty and comforting! They also have a Caesar Salad that’s worth trying.
Leave space for the mains, which form the core of the menu. Items like Beef Prime Rib and Smoked Lamb Leg are great when paired with their sauces. They’re also cooked really well, so you won’t find any of those rubbery textures in your meats here.
While we found their Crispy Pork Knuckle slightly salty, the Tandoori Chicken was tender and flavourful.
They also serve a whole Seabass grilled over a charcoal fire, which adds a nice smokiness to the fish, served with a chilli sambal sauce. For a plant-based option, you can opt for the Roasted Spicy Cauliflower.
To accompany your mains are sides like Mac and Cheese, Creamed Spinach with egg yolk, Green Salad with Orange Balsamic Dressing, and the classic Yorkshire Pudding. We highly recommend a side of decadent Beef Fat Roasted Potatoes.
End the meal with a high with their desserts, which include Crème Brulee, Apple Crumble, and an Ice Cream Sundae served knickerbocker glory-style.
There’s also a tableside flambe performance, with each week’s creations being the chef’s choice. During our visit, it was pancake with cherry compote, kirsch and crème Chantilly.
Opus Bar and Grill Sunday Lunch Buffet
If you’re not too keen on the buffet, there’s also a set menu option featuring one main course and two sides for $48++ per person, with the option to add an appetiser or dessert for an additional $18++. But honestly, the buffet makes the most sense.
Free-flow drink packages are also available at $48++ per person. They offer unlimited Taittinger Brut, beers, house wines, and a selection of three Amaro-forward cocktails.
For the month of March and April, one adult dines for free with every three paying adults. IHG One Rewards members enjoy a 20% discount, while selected credit card holders and partners receive 15% off.
