You might be familiar with Homm Desserts at Raffles City, a humble dessert cafe offering Thai-inspired shaved ice and bites hailing from Australia. They opened a second outlet in the highly anticipated WEAVE Sentosa with some outlet exclusive items!
Aussie Cafe Vibes In Singapore
The interior is simple but bright, strategically located right beside the upcoming Singapore Oceanarium.
It follows a muted orange colour palette, reminiscent of Thai milk tea. There’s also a small al fresco seating area.
Homm Dessert Sentosa Menu
The menu is similar the Raffles City outlet, except for some Sentosa exclusives. Check out the Raffles City menu here!
The savoury food menu is expanded here, with a Thai Chilli Crab Linguine ($22.80). It can be topped with deep-fried soft shell crab at $6.
This had a familiar spicy kick but leaned too sweet for us.
If not, their usual Mentaiko Prawn Capellini ($18.80) is a good choice as well.
Other savouries, get the Mentaiko Fries ($8.80) or Siracha Salmon Sando ($18.80) with sriracha caviar pearls.
For sweets, try the new exclusive Mochi Sundaes ($8.80)!
These feature a scoop of their signature ice creams (Thai Tea, Coconut or Strawberry Passionfruit) topped with sugar-bruleed mochi and a waffle cone.
We liked this despite the novel concept. The chewy mochi, crunchy cone and creamy ice cream came together well. Not too sweet either!
There’s also a Mount Chendol Bingsu ($18.80), topped with colourful jackfruit, chendol and red bean.
Served with gula melaka syrup, this tasted exactly like chendol but with a fluffy ice texture.
Their signature Thai Tea Avalanche Bingsu ($19.80) is our recommendation as well! Rich with Thai tea, salty cheese cream and addictive biscuits that isn’t too sweet.
For drinks, try the new Cheese Top drinks like Cheese Top Thai Milk Tea ($6.80) and Cheese Top Jasmine Iced Tea ($6.80), or Thai-style coffee like the Coco Cream Latte ($7.80).

With sweet shaved ice and refreshing drinks, Homm Desserts provides a perfect respite from the heat and adventure of Sentosa or even Universal Studios!
