Start your meal with Chilled Okinawa Mozuku Seaweed with Wasabi Aged Vinaigrette, Fresh Lily Bulb & Cherry Tomato ($22), a tempting starter featuring silky strands of Mozuku seaweed in a zesty dressing.
There’s also the Okinawa Sea Grapes on Ice served with Fragrant Spicy Soy Sauce ($19.80), which is a distinctive appetizer where the subtle saltiness of the sea grapes perfectly complements the spicy and savoury side dip.
The Crisp-fried Shredded Taro with Okinawa Mozuku Seaweed ($19.80, 4 pieces), is a moreish snack consisting of parcels of thinly sliced taro and Mozuku Seaweed, deep-fried till crisp and golden brown.
The Acerola Cherry Mochi ($9.80, 4 pieces), one of our personal favourites, features a soft homemade mochi with a pretty hint of pink. Inside, you’ll find Acerola cherry juice which is packed with antioxidants and has over 30 times more vitamin C than a lemon.
These cherries add a sweet-tart burst of flavour and are also popular for making juices and jams.

As a starter, the Crispy Okinawa Bittergourd & Shimeiji Mushroom with Salted Egg ($12.80), features a layer of batter-coated bittergourd and shimeiji mushrooms, deep-fried to perfection and generously coated in salted egg sauce.
This Pan-fried Prawn & Chives with Okinawa Mozuku Seaweed Pancake ($13.80) is inspired by the iconic Chinese street food, ‘煎饼’. This dish offers a familiar taste reminiscent of bustling streets in China. What sets it apart is the generous topping of Mozuku Seaweed, a delicacy rarely found outside Japan. This unique combination offers a delightful blend of flavours from East Asian cultures.
The Mini Coconut Tart with Okinawa Brown Sugar ($8.80, 4 pieces) is a Hong Kong speciality pastry that features an Okinawa Brown Sugar filling, which isn’t overly sweet. Perfect for all ages.
