There’s an exciting collaboration stewing between Beauty In The Pot and Hanjip Korean Grill House! The menu will include a new limited-time soup base and other Korean-inspired dishes available from 24 June to 31 August 2024.
BITP x Hanjip Korean Grill House Menu
The Sa-rang-hae Kimchi Shrimp Broth (from $10.80) is a twist on Beauty In The Pot’s Hearty Shrimp Broth, infused with Hanjip Korean Grill House’s housemade kimchi.
We were surprised with the generous amount of kimchi, tofu and even pork cubes! The soup was robust from the sweet prawn flavour plus the umami of the kimchi, and a satisfying kick from the spice. It had us going back for multiple servings – highly recommended!
There are also sides like the Crispy Shimeji Mushroom ($9.90) in Soy Garlic or Sweet and Spicy. We got to try the latter and they were addictive, crunchy and well-coated in a savoury gochujang-based sauce.
The 3-in-1 Korean Banchan ($10.90) came with Kimchi, Chilled Beansprouts and Sweet & Spicy Anchovies with Peanuts; a classic trio of banchan to start the meal.
Complete the meal with the Chorong Chorong Fruity Green Tea Soju Tower ($25.90), featuring a full bottle of soju!
Despite the alcohol, the base of green tea and tangy sour plum made it very easy to drink. It was refreshing and cut through the richness of the meal.

We got to try the food at BITP’s revamped outlet in Centrepoint, now called Beauty in The Pot Seafood Signature! The space is elevated but comfortable and features a full selection of live seafood you can enjoy with your hotpot.
Some items you can try include Alaskan King Crab and Whole Grouper!
