Flosss Buns
No celebration would be complete without the bun that started it all! The Original Flosss ($2.30) remains a bestseller together with its spicy sibling, the Fire Flosss ($2.30).

Golden Lava Flosss
Originally launched in 2018, the Golden Lava Flosss is making a comeback! It’s a fusion of the iconic Flosss bread and salted egg, producing a creamy, savoury bun for $2.50 each (or $4.50 for 2).
Moshi Mushroom
Moshi Mushroom ($3 for 1, $5 for 2) will also be making a comeback.
Part of the very first BreadTalk collection in 2000, this bun is filled with rich chicken mushroom filling and topped off with melted gouda and mozzarella.
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Bacon
A playful nod to Lee Ang’s award-winning film, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Bacon ($4.20 for 1, $7.50 for 2) is a hearty French-style loaf with a golden crust. Inside, you’ll find savoury bacon and cheddar cheese.
Spice Girl
Inspired by the local dish Yong Tau Foo, Spice Girl ($2.50 for 1, $4 for 2 features a soft bread topped with a fresh red chilli stuffed with seasoned fish paste. Originally launched in the early 2000s, it returns as part of BreadTalk’s 25th anniversary lineup.
New BreadTalk Menu
Knotty Blueberry ($2.00) and Knotty Cheesy Garlic ($2.20) are braided buns with sweet and savoury profiles, featuring a blueberry and garlic cheese fillings respectively.
Promotion: From 1 to 16 July 2025, both buns will be available at a special promotional price of $1.20 each.
The Strawberry Cream Bun (4 pieces, $3.20) is filled with light, fluffy strawberry cream cheese with a Sweet Potato Bun version.
Promotion: From 1 to 31 July 2025, you can get any two packs of buns for just $5.50.
Two new limited-time Swiss Rolls – the Strawberry Swiss Roll and Mango Swiss Roll will also be available ($7.80) with promotional prices!
Promotion: From 1 to 16 July 2025, get Strawberry Swiss Rolls at $6.80 and from 17 to 31 July 2025, Mango Swiss Roll at $6.80.
Also new, the Banana Muffin, Coffee Muffin, and Green Tea Muffin are priced at $1.50 each and available in-store throughout July 2025.
Promotion: Customers can also enjoy any three muffins for $3.50.
Available from 17 to 31 July 2025, the Coffee Almond Cake ($1.50 with any purchase, U.P $2) features a buttery coffee-flavoured crumb topped with sliced almonds.
The Spring Onion Floss Cake ($1.50 with any purchase, U.P $2.40) combines the signature chicken Flosss with creamy mayonnaise and fresh spring onions.
The Jasmine Light Cheese Cake ($10, U.P $12.80) is a limited-edition dessert and is a floral-infused variation of their popular Japan Light Cheese Cake.
We actually got to try this, and it’s light and airy, with delicate jasmine notes that we found fragrant and refreshing!
BreadTalk’s new Coffee Palmier ($4.80 for 5 pieces) offers a crisp, golden pastry with a rich coffee aroma.
Alongside this are the Caramel Croissant Bites and Salted Egg Croissant Bites, each priced at $4.80 per packet. These flaky, buttery bite-sized snacks come in convenient resealable packs.
Promotion: Mix and match any three packets of Palmier Pastries or Croissant Bites for a special price of $11.80.

In celebration of both Singapore’s 60th birthday and BreadTalk’s 25th anniversary, from 1 July to 31 August 2025, you can get a Horlicks Chocolate Drink for just $0.60 with any purchase.
