If you go to JB frequently, you’ll probably know of Souper Tang! The famous Malaysian soup chain has collaborated with White Restaurant for a special menu available from 29 April to 30 June 2025, just in time for Parent’s Day.
Souper Tang x White Restaurant Menu
The collaboration menu features 11 items by Souper Tang, ranging from signature soups to clay pot dishes. All the dishes focus on health and nourishment and feature traditional Chinese herbs.
The options include their popular Collagen Ginseng Chicken Soup ($35) to boost skin texture and immunity with its concoction of nearly 10 herbs and superfoods.
There’s also the American Ginseng Black Chicken Soup with Aged Black Garlic ($32) which supports heart health and prevents fatigue, and the Mountain Pepper Pork Tripe Soup ($36) with anti-inflammatory effects.
A la carte items include the Souper Tang Stewed Yellow Wine Chicken with Tian Ma Botany ($17), Abalone Sauce Pork Tendon with Multi-Grains ($24) or Imperial Seafood Pot with White Fungus ($38) that features scallop, fish maw and sea cucumber.
There’s also the hearty Home Braised Pork Belly in Rich Dark Special Sauce ($19) braised in antioxidant-rich oolong tea! Enjoy it with Sesame Mantou ($5.50/4 pcs) to soak up the sauce.
These are just a sampling of the many items that showcase Souper Tang’s expertise, alongside WHITE Restaurant’s signature offerings.
Mother’s Day & Father’s Day Menu
Treat your parents to their special Parents’ Day Set ($98++ for 4 pax), featuring four Souper Tang dishes:

- Imperial Seafood Pot with White Fungus
- Fragrant Pu Er & Goji French Beans
These can be served with white rice or opt for White Restaurant’s signature Supreme Seafood White Beehoon ($20).
