Bakery 1946 will be running a pop-up at Bugis Junction from 19th February to 10th March. There are over 50 bread varieties, including 20 new offerings that extend beyond the sweet selection to feature savoury options!

You’ll find a variety of buns, including hyper-realistic ones like the viral K-Apple Bread ($5.90) and Sweet Potato Bread ($5.20). Bakery 1946 also introduced its latest series of fruit and vegetable-shaped buns such as Corn ($3.90), Carrot ($3.90), and Sweet Pumpkin Bread ($3.90). These are all shaped to reflect their flavours and they all feature a mochi-like texture!
For those preferring savoury tastes, options like Spicy Chives Japchae Croquette ($4.90) and Green Onion Cream Cheese Pie ($2.50) are also available.
Other pastries include the Fresh Cream Red Bean Bun ($4.80) and Strawberry Cream Red Bean Bun ($4.80). Their Yagkwa Macaron Set ($15 for 6) is perfect for gifting and comes in 3 flavours – Green Tea, Strawberry and Blueberry.
