Following Läderach Chocolatier Suisse’s successful collaborations last year, the Swiss chocolatier has partnered with pastry chef Mohamed Al-Matin of Le Matin Patisserie for their first collab of 2022!
Tapping on Chef Matin’s unique creative sensitivity honed from his years of experience as an ex-pastry sous chef at Noma, a 3 Michelin-starred establishment, Läderach is releasing an exclusive croissant wreath for Mother’s Day.
Inspired by Läderach’s berry-based FrischSchoggi™ flavours – Raspberry Blackberry White, Strawberry Curd White, and Blackberry Dark, the sourdough croissant flora wreath is filled with strawberry gum custard, red gooseberry, and rose jam.
It is then glazed with mulberry kombucha and coated with nutty raspberry chocolate before an assortment of redcurrants and semi-fried red gooseberries, seasonal edible, and sugar flowers go on top.
Chef Matin’s croissant wreath will be available as part of the Läderach x Le Matin Patisserie Mother’s Day Bundle, which also comes with 200g of Läderach FrischSchoggi™ flavours – Raspberry Blackberry White, Strawberry Curd White, and Blackberry Dark.
Pre-orders for the bundle, priced at $70, will start on 22nd April 2022 (Fri), 9PM and will close on 1st May 2022 (Sun) at 12AM on Läderach’s website. Do note that the bundle will only be available for delivery on 6th, 7th, and 8th of May.
