We love an aesthetic Korean bakery and Noci Bakehouse in Suntec City is the newest addition to the game! A refresh of Bakery 1946, this concept takes inspiration from the European countryside.
What is Noci Bakehouse?

Noci Bakehouse is a Korean bakehouse cafe in Suntec City. It specialises in European-inspired Korean breads, including salt bread, bagels and even a brunch menu!
Sitting where Bakery 1946 once sat, the refreshed space has an all-white, cosy cottagecore aesthetic with brick walls and white furniture.
You’re greeted by a dazzling display of breads at the entrance, with more seating toward the back of the bakery.
Noci Bakehouse Menu

There are over 25 bakes at Noci Bakehouse on a rotating basis. Honestly, there were too many to count! Whatever type of bread you’re looking for, you’ll likely find it.
Look forward to items like:
- Bagels: Spring Onion Cream Cheese Bagel ($7) and other flavours including Cheddar Jalapeno, Pepperoni Cheese and more
- Salt Bread: Salt Bread ($5.50) and all its variations, including a Crispy version
- Sweet Pastries: Madelines ($3.50), danishes and more
Something cute is the Cup Cakes ($9.50) with cream and toppings including matcha, mango and chocolate.

There will also be trendy and viral items from Korea, including Tissue Bread ($8) and a Dubai Chocolate Danish.

Of all the items we tried, we highly recommend the Castella Milk Cream Salt Bread ($5.90) and Creme Brulee Danish ($8.50).
We like how they use quality cream and don’t skimp out on the amount!
Filled with sweet custard and rich cream, both breads were dense and satisfying but not too sweet.
An all-day brunch menu is also available. Enjoy items like:
- Sandwiches: & Croissants: Cottage Beef Hot Sandwich ($14.50) and Smoked Salmon Croissant ($14) are signatures
- Salads: Options include Apple & Walnut Garden Salad ($8.50) and a Carrot Râpé and Jamon Plate ($9.50)
- Soups: Smoked Salmon Butter Soup ($14.50) and Creamy Tomato ($11.50)
A must-order item is the French Toast ($15).
The brioche bread had a delicious custardy centre with a slight crunch of caramelised sugar on the outside, making this super indulgent and worth the order!
We also tried the Mushroom Soup ($12), which was comforting and warming.
It definitely needed some bread and we dunked one of their Salt Breads which turned out to be the perfect pair!
Korean-style coffee and drinks including Peanut Cream Latte ($7.50) and Marshmallow Mocha Latte ($7) are also available.
Is Noci Bakehouse Worth It?
Yes, Noci Bakehouse is worth it as a casual, sit-down cafe in Suntec City. While a bit pricey, the variety of bakes and cosy ambience make it a good resting spot after a day of exploring the mall.
