LeNu and Le Shrimp Ramen serve up Taiwanese-style noodles and they’re kicking off the new year with two new seasonal noodle dishes – Szechuan Poached Chicken Cold La Mian and Ebiko Prawn Paste Tossed Truffle Ramen respectively!
LeNu & Le Shrimp Ramen New Menu
The two new dishes are exclusive to each brand. LeNu’s addition is the Szechuan Poached Chicken Cold La Mian ($16.80), featuring tender poached chicken pieces in a fiery sauce.
The sauce was fragrant and reminiscent of a flavourful mala hotpot, with the numbing sensation of the Szechuan peppercorns. Do note that dish is quite spicy so be prepared for the burn! The creaminess from the added century egg and tender chicken pieces helped to quell the heat though.
Those not keen on spice can try Le Shrimp Ramen’s Ebiko Prawn Paste Tossed Truffle Ramen ($18.80), with a housemade truffle sauce. The prawn balls were bouncy and had a pop from the ebiko eggs, pairing well with the alluring fragrance of the sauce and noodles.
