The Lobby Lounge at InterContinental Singapore presents a slew of new menu items that feature premium local and European flavours! Aside from their popular afternoon teas, The Lobby Lounge also offers an all-day dining menu and wines.
The Lobby Lounge New Menu

There are over 6 items to look forward to, ranging from the all-day dining options to premium local favourites. Check out the full menu here.
Premium Local Favourites
The list begins with the InterContinental Black Truffle Hor Fun ($68). This was served with flecks of black truffle and gold leaf, atop ICON XB Premium Wagyu Striploin slices.
It had a strong wokhei that permeated the chewy noodles, and the Wagyu added a nice fatty beef flavour.
Another elevated local offering is the InterContinental Dai Lok Mee ($68). This wet variation was garnished with a whole wild jumbo Tiger prawn! The gravy was flavourful and thick, coating the thick chewy noodles.
For a unique fusion, try the Asian-Inspired Creamy Seafood Linguine ($45). It featured a Tom Yum-infused cream sauce with notes of lemongrass and lime, adding a nice tanginess to the entire dish.
We also liked the generous seafood variety! There were big chunks of crab, prawn, clams and a Hokkaido scallop.
There are also familiar dishes like Har Cheong Gai ($28), Seafood Fried Hokkien Mee ($32) and Nonya Chicken Curry ($32).
All-Day Dining Options
There are infusions of Euporean flavours and techniques too. The Classic Beef Angus Beef Tartare ($30/100g, $59/200g) is an experience; mixed and seasoned tableside. You can even taste and adjust the seasoning!
It was served with fries instead of regular bread, which worked really well. The beef was fresh and tender, without any gaminess.
A unique item is the Oeuf en Meurette ($29), a French dish from Burgundy with pork belly in a red wine reduction. This was served with a poached egg and bread to soak up all the sauce.
It had a rich, aged fragrance from the wine, but we felt it was too tangy for us. The silky egg and salty pork provided contrast, while the bread was a smart touch.
The Duck Leg Confit ($45) had a twist. Instead of the usual mashed potatoes, this was served with a lentil ragout. It sounds weird, but the lentils were incredibly flavourful; cooked in a sauce of sherry vinegar and Parma ham.
The confit itself was knife tender with a crisp skin. This dish tends to be overly salty but this version was just nice with a richness from the olive oil.
Bonus: Wine Pairings
For a true premium experience, pair your meal with premium Italian wine options from Tenuta by Park90.
We had three wines curated by the in-house sommelier: The 2021 Trediberri Langhe Nebbiolo, 2022 La Tordera “Otreval” Rive Di Guia Extra Dry and 2021 Two Rivers Of Marlborough – Saint Maur Sauvignon Blanc.
The flavour profiles ranged from crisp to fruity and complemented the courses!
