Exclusive Menu Items With Unique Flavour Profiles
From 6pm to 9.30pm, choose from a selection of four specialty cocktails at $24++ each made on-site by Elliot Oxley, Head of Bar Operations from The Alchemist:
Colour Changing One: Made with Grey Goose Vodka, Briottet Apple, soda and citrus
Dead Red Zombie: Made with Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum, Wray & Nephew, Grand Marnier, lime, pineapple, cranberry, Zombie Mix and Smoke;
Pop-sicle: Made with Patron Silver Tequila, Passoa, Lime, Cointreau, orange mango and bubble;
Lightbulb Moment: Made with Bombay Sapphire Gin, Pimm’s, Double Dutch ginger beer, Bristol syrup raspberry, lemon and mint.
All four cocktails are sure to provide a feast for all the senses, with an array of colours, scents and alchemy-themed presentation.
