54° Steakhouse grills their meats over a mix of Ironbark wood and white Binchotan for a layered, smoky flavour. 

Look forward to special cuts sourced from Australia’s best farms, including Australian Onyx Angus Striploin ($78) and Sanchoku Wagyu Rump Cap ($58)!

Fat Belly Steakhouse

SKIRT steakhouse prides itself on offering two exclusive beef breeds – David Blackmore Rohnes from Australia and Hokkaido A4 Wagyu – that they import whole and break down in-restaurant.

Charr’d 

Charr’d is a halal steakhouse tucked away in Changi, specialising in A5 Wagyu from Japan.  

Their menu features cuts of Kuroge beef from the Mie prefecture, which is known for their high fat content and beef flavour. 

Choose from a selection of cuts like A5 Ribeye ($59/100g) and A5 Striploin ($49/100g) cooked to a nice char on the outside.
