After 12 iconic years in Craig Road, Binomio has relocated to Raffles Singapore. The new space consists of 2 areas, an outdoor bar area where diners can enjoy drinks and small plates like tapas, alongside the main dining area, where the experience is slightly more elevated.
Spanish Flavours in Singapore

Binomio also welcomes Executive Chef Felix Noguera, who has decades of experience in establishments such as three Michelin-starred Can Fabes by Santi Santamaria and Aponiente by Angel Leon, Nobu London and Cipriani Downtown Miami.
Since the restaurant adopts a dual-concept dining experience, the menu for the outdoor bar area and the main dining area is quite different.
Binomio Menu
For the outdoor bar area, the menu is more focused on tapas with items like Eggplant Chips with Organic Honey and Pine Nuts ($17), Spanish Cheese Selection ($25), Fried Padron Peppers ($17), Warm Bread stuffed with cider Chorizo ($28) and more.
However, you can still get items like their paella here too.
The menu is split into several sections for the main dining area, like mains and nibbles. Even for the starters, you see more elevated options like a Steak Tartar with caviar on Brioche Toast ($32), Homemade chicken liver and foie gras pate served with olive bread ($25), and Confit Oysters Basque pil-pil style ($36).
For mains, you have items like Braised Short Ribs with Smoked Cauliflower Puree ($35), Chicken and seafood Paella (good for 2-3 pax, $79), Iberian Pork Chops ($36), and Chicken Roulade ($35), just to name a few.
What We Tried at Binomio

From the tapas menu, the tried Croquetas (from $18 for 4pcs) which came in 4 different flavours: Cod, Mushroom, Truffle and Binomio. Out of the 4, our favourite was the cod, along with the Binomio, which is made with chicken thigh and a 60-month aged Iberico ham.
The Marinated Fried Sea Bass ($19) is plated with a whole fish bone, which gave quite an impression. While the flavours for the sea bass were good, we did think it would’ve been even better with a side of aioli, just to make the overall dish feel less dry.

They also had a Prawn and Potato Salad with Pickles ($16), which we enjoyed despite being slightly more sour than usual potato salads. It’s topped with pickled gherkins and capers, which makes this a very appetizing dish!
In the main dining area, some new dishes include the Seabass Carpaccio with Truffle Dressing ($34) which was amazing. Chef Felix shared that the dish incorporates Japanese filleting techniques he learned while at Nobu. The truffle flavour isn’t too overpowering, and the pine nuts add a nice punch of flavour to elevate the whole dish.

The Bogavante con salsa de marisco, also known as Lobster with Seafood Sauce ($78) is a must-get for seafood lovers. The stock is poured tableside and is made using the lobster shells, which results in rich lobster flavours. The honeycomb-shaped crisps do add a nice crunch to the overall dish!
While we usually think of paella in Spanish cuisine, Binomio has Fideua de pato ($79), a signature of Southeastern Spain. It’s similar to paella but made with short strands of angel hair pasta. The dish might remind Singaporeans of the beehoon you get at zichar places, especially with the smoky flavour that comes with it, kind of like wok hey.
Spanish Restaurant in Singapore
Apart from the mains, we think their Classic Basque Cheesecake ($14) is also worth a try, with an ultra-creamy, flowy centre that’s so decadent.
Binomio definitely glowed up from their previous outlet with the new Raffles Singapore location, so it’s an excellent space for hangouts, date nights or special celebrations!
