Launched back in 2020, Fupi introduced their beancurd skins snacks to the world for the first time. Using a common ingredient found in steamboats and dim sum dishes, Fupi transformed beancurd skin into snacks with Mala & Tomato flavours! Now, they are launching two new delectable flavours: Thai Green Curry & Seaweed Wasabi!
New Fupi Beancurd Skin Snack Flavours
The Thai Green Curry flavoured beancurd skin snack is a comforting crunch snack made using soy, and carries gentle hints of cilantro, kefir lime and herbs. When we tried this, we got a nice creamy flavour that reminded us of coconut, followed by a combination of spices.
If we had to pick a favourite, it would be the Seaweed Wasabi flavoured beancurd skin snack from Fupi. The first time we tried it, we were surprised by the wasabi rush, which was quickly balanced out by the umami seaweed flavour. Something we would potentially reach out for when stressed.
The new flavours, Thai Green Curry and Seaweed Wasabi will be available at Fupi’s pop-up booth located in front of Cold Storage at B2 of Takashimaya from 11th April to 24th April.
