Following successful collaborations with Chef Bang Kisu and Chef Choi Hyun-seok, Bottega Di Carna is yet again presenting an exciting collaboration with two chefs from Culinary Class Wars: Chef Hanyi Jang and Chef Chung Wooyoung!
The special menu will be available only for two nights: 13 March and 14 March 2026.
Bottega Di Carna x Culinary Class Wars Menu
The seven-course menu ($198++) features a modern Korean menu that highlights the culinary expertise of Chef Jang and Chef Chung.

Chef Jang helms Hanyi Seoul, a culmination of his experience in Michelin-starred kitchens like Gaon and Le Grand Restaurant. His background inspires his sauce-driven approach to cooking in European cuisine.
Chef Chung is the chef-owner of Triple Bones, Korea’s first farm-to-table restaurant specialising in gukbap. While he has a fine-dining background including Alla Prima and Table for Four, Chef Chung focuses on highlighting fresh produce, even going the extra mile to harvest his own ingredients!
Chef Chung opens the meal with an Amuse Bouche Trio of yukhoe, white asparagus and abalone.
Look forward to courses like the Poached Lobster by Chef Jang, featuring a pine nut cream and pickled gungchae, a unique mountainous vegetable.
He also brings a Charcoal-grilled Chicken Thigh with Vin Jaune cream sauce and butter-braised green asparagus.
There is a wine pairing at $65 per person, with options like Montelvini Prosecco and Domaine Chablis.
Executive Chef Kenny Huang and Head Chef Alvin Lian of Bottega Di Carna showcase their prowess through courses like a Wagyu striploin with foie gras savoury cabbage roulade and Chilean seabass tagliatelle.
