Sushiro x Lee Kum Kee: Limited-Time Sushi with Chilli Oil Aburi Scallop & More

You probably already know and love Lee Kum Kee sauces. They’re a staple in kitchens across Asian households, like their Oyster Sauce, XO Sauce and their newest Dried Shrimp Chilli Oil.

Now, they’ve teamed up with Sushiro to introduce three exclusive dishes starting from September 18th to 20th October 2024.

Tuna Wrap With Fire Hot Dried Shrimp Chilli Oil

sushiro x lkk-Tuna Wrap With Fire Hot Dried Shrimp Chilli Oil

The Tuna Wrap with Fire Hot Dried Shrimp Chilli Oil ($2.90++) offered a perfect pairing of tender tuna with a spicy kick from the chilli oil. The dried shrimp added a nice chewy texture, while the fragrant and umami-rich chilli oil enhanced the overall flavour, making each bite flavorful and satisfying.

Aburi Scallop With Oyster Sauce

The Aburi Scallop with Oyster Sauce ($4.90++), featured lightly seared scallops. The scallop retained their natural sweetness and tenderness, paired with a rich and sweet oyster sauce. The combination left a lasting impression on us, and it is a must-try.

Aburi Snapper With Leek And XO Sauce

The Aburi Snapper with Leek and XO Sauce ($4.90++) offered a fusion of Japanese cuisine with Chinese comfort food. The fragrant XO sauce added a rich and savoury note that complements the tender snapper.
