The team behind Michelin-starred restaurant Summer Palace has unveiled their collection of meticulously handcrafted mooncakes for Mid-Autumn Festival. The traditional baked mooncakes come in unique flavours such as Parma Ham and Pork Floss with Assorted Nuts. You can also go for their mini snowskin mooncakes, which come in flavours such as Black Sesame Paste and Coconut Chocolate with Black Glutinous Rice.
