Boeuf: Upgraded Free-Flow Steak Offerings & New Menu Items Like Wagyu Cheek In Tanjong Pagar

We’ve featured Boeuf a few times before, and this time we’re sharing about their menu refresh! Located in Tanjong Pagar, the restaurant specialises in beef, meticulously prepared to highlight its natural flavours.

Boeuf Menu

Boeuf’s menu has always focused on a selection of high-quality beef cuts, each offering a distinct flavour profile. Explore cuts like the Picanha ($34 for 200g), and premium options like A5 Wagyu Sirloin ($118 for 200g).

The new menu additions include a la carte dishes, lunch sets and upgrades to their already popular free-flow steak!

Shrimp Provencal

Boeuf- Shrimp Provencal

We began the meal with the Shrimp Provencal ($22++), tossed in a tangy tomato sauce. The sauce had a prominent tomato flavour with a hint of aromatic herbs. A flavourful and satisfying dish that whet the appetite!

Wagyu Cheek Bourguignon

The first new meat item was the Wagyu Cheek Bourguignon ($58++). The Wagyu cheek was tender and flavorful, with well-marbled pieces that offered a pleasant richness. It was served alongside a ring of creamy mashed potatoes and sweet carrots. The rich, savoury sauce added depth and complexity to the dish, which complemented the creamy mash and the tender Wagyu.

1855 Prime Ribs

There’s also the 1855 Prime Ribs ( $22++, 100g). This aged meat boasted a clean, well-balanced flavour profile with no hint of gaminess. The exterior was slightly charred, while the interior remained juicy and tender! You can select two sides and two sauces to accompany the meat.

We opted for Truffle Fries ($12) and Sautéed Mushrooms ($9). The fries were crispy, but the truffle mayo could have benefited from a stronger truffle flavour. It leaned more towards mayonnaise than truffle.

However, the sautéed mushrooms impressed us! It was savoury and it retained its juicy texture, offering a burst of flavour in every bite.

Lemon Tart

The Lemon Tart ($13++, 2 pieces) is a perfect ending for citrus lovers. The lemon filling boasted a nice tartness, which some might find strong, but the sweet and buttery crust balanced it well. If you enjoy sour, this tart is a must-try!

They have also revamped some of their existing promotions to be even sweeter!
