The Marmalade Pantry Unveils Refreshed Menu With Items Like Chicken Caprese Focaccia And Prawn & Avocado Burger

Known for their signature tea-time delights and cupcakes, The Marmalade Pantry is now offering a new selection of savoury bistro fare and seasonal items for your choosing! 

The Marmalade Pantry New Menu

The refreshed menu includes new mainstay dishes as well as seasonal specials.

Choose from hearty dishes like the Spicy Garlic Prawns ($25++), cooked in a fragrant garlic-infused olive oil and served with bread. There is also the Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli ($24++) in a tomato sauce and Crispy Skin Salmon ($32++) with roasted Chinese broccoli and baby corn.

Meat eaters can try the Chicken Caprese Focaccia ($28++), featuring sous-vide chicken breast and sun-dried tomatoes sandwiched between herb focaccia, or the 250g Ribeye ($45++) of Argentinian grass-fed ribeye with a mushroom sauce and crispy smashed potatoes.

From now till 30th April 2023, there are also four seasonal dishes available to try. The Seared Scallop ($26++) features Japanese scallops paired with roasted cauliflower and brown butter while the Shaoxing Clams ($26++) is flambéed in Chinese Shaoxing Wine.

Those who would like heavier mains can get the Butter-soy Mushroom Spaghetti ($26++) with an umami butter-soy sauce or the Prawn and Avocado Burger ($29++).

The entire new menu selection is available for orders online, dine-in and takeaway at select physical outlets. For reservations, check out slots for their ION Orchard and Downtown.
