So Ramen, a noodle concept by BreadTalk, has released a new Truffle Ramen to their menu! The comforting yet premium bowl of noodles is sure to satisfy truffle fans.
New Truffle Menu Addition
The Truffle Ramen ($17.50) comes with Hosomen (thin noodles) in a rich broth topped with Cha Shu, Italian Truffle Oil and Truffle Pate (paste). It is also available in a set meal ($18.90) with 3-piece Gyoza and a Green Tea.
The noodles had a firm texture and paired great with the robust broth, finished with a notable truffle flavour. The aroma was just enough to enjoy the rich truffle taste without being too overbearing! 
If truffle is not up your alley, they also have a plentiful selection of other ramens to try like Tonkatsu and Miso!
